To clean and maintain your suit, you can either run it through the standard washer/dryer machines, or you can hand wash it with soap and water, wring it out, and hang dry for use the next day.

I love working out in the sauna suit, I have used it in a spin class and used it doing free weights, both gave great results. Definitely a 5 star product I enjoy using, my only minor issue is taking it off when my wife is not around to help. Lol
