To clean and maintain your suit, you can either run it through the standard washer/dryer machines, or you can hand wash it with soap and water, wring it out, and hang dry for use the next day.

Has pluses and minuses
I don't like the high collar, so I lower the zipper and fold down the extra material. I got the 2XL, but the material still binds under the arm. After a work out, the material sticks to my skin, making it difficult to remove. Wearing a t-shirt helps, but it can still be difficult to remove. Maybe it will get better as I lose more weight. Overall, the fit is good and I definitely sweat a lot wearing this suit.
