To clean and maintain your suit, you can either run it through the standard washer/dryer machines, or you can hand wash it with soap and water, wring it out, and hang dry for use the next day.

I have 2, a L and a M, now and XS. Kutting Weight products works and are comfortable enough to wear out and about on errands. The sauna tank is awesome. After I complete my walk and run each morning, I come home and I am drenched. Will need to go a size down shortly because with me losing weight, its a little big on me and prefer it to snug on me so that I can sweat some more.
