To clean and maintain your suit, you can either run it through the standard washer/dryer machines, or you can hand wash it with soap and water, wring it out, and hang dry for use the next day.

Love it!!
I wear it proudly to warm up the body and loose this body fat!! 4 miles a day and counting!!! I prefer to have a long sleeve jumpsuit also type Suit. I know yall have a long sleeve shirt and pants. The women need a jumpsuit to loose the arms and legs this my 3rd suit. Love it.
