To clean and maintain your suit, you can either run it through the standard washer/dryer machines, or you can hand wash it with soap and water, wring it out, and hang dry for use the next day.

Having a sauna suit that saves you time while working out is so important, this suit so far has held up well washing/drying, and fits well, I am a F 5’4” the M was a bit big for me, but the M jogger pants fit well. I like this suit bc you can wear it out, as it looks like a jogger. Out walking in the heat (75-80d) the suit raised my average 95/105 heart rate to 160 by the end of my walk in afternoon! On treadmill running, unless our heat is on, it takes a bit to warm up, but increases my heart rate intensity by about 20bpm depending on my intensity level. To be fair this suit definitely increases your thermogenesis and is effective and made well!
