great jacket i love it especially as a national taekwondo athlete it helps me make weigh ins and helps a lot with gaining endurance. ive never sweated so much lol, amazing! also i like it so much ill sometimes where it out because it looks nice as well just make sure your not in a hot or humid place.
Intense ! Just 5 min into my workout I was sweating so bad. I had to turn the sleeves inside out after so it would dry.
Having a sauna suit that saves you time while working out is so important, this suit so far has held up well washing/drying, and fits well, I am a F 5’4” the M was a bit big for me, but the M jogger pants fit well. I like this suit bc you can wear it out, as it looks like a jogger. Out walking in the heat (75-80d) the suit raised my average 95/105 heart rate to 160 by the end of my walk in afternoon! On treadmill running, unless our heat is on, it takes a bit to warm up, but increases my heart rate intensity by about 20bpm depending on my intensity level. To be fair this suit definitely increases your thermogenesis and is effective and made well!
