To clean and maintain your suit, you can either run it through the standard washer/dryer machines, or you can hand wash it with soap and water, wring it out, and hang dry for use the next day.
Do not overexert yourself. Stop exercising immediately and consult your doctor if you experience pain or tightness in your chest, irregular heartbeat, shortness of breath, or if you feel faint, nauseous, or dizzy. Before starting this or any exercise program, consult a physician or health professional. Make sure to drink plenty of water before, during, and after exercising.

Absolutely perfect. Great quality and arrived fast. I've been using it for hot yoga during the winter and it definitely helps me be able to get my body temperature up and sweat properly! Exactly what I was hoping for.

I have been using the Kutting Weight Sauna Suit from its inception. There have been numerous improvements over the years and this is the best suit yet. Have the neck line higher makes the suit more effective. I have worn a Kutting Weight each workout for over a decade and will continue to do so.
