To clean and maintain your suit, you can either run it through the standard washer/dryer machines, or you can hand wash it with soap and water, wring it out, and hang dry for use the next day.

Sizing chart not accurate
I bought the sauna suit a few years ago (2xl) and just bought the newer version (3xl), but somehow the new suit is two sizes smaller than my old suit.
The older style was made out of better material and seems more durable, not sure why they changed it, also the new suits are more expensive than before.
