The sizing is right on target. It's more comfortable than I thought it would be.
It helps you sweat, but my favorite part is that you really don't feel the sweat as you work out, but take it off: you then see & feel all the sweat!

Worth It!
I never leave reviews, however felt the need to say this product is worth it. While spinning, I hit vigorous to peak intensity and usually just get sweat on down my back. With this product and being sleeveless, my entire upper body is sweating like crazy - my head, neck, arms, chest, waist, hips, etc. I'll be buying more products from them.
