like the update
I bought a Kutting weight outfit a number of years ago -- for trying to make weight for a powerlifting competition. The improvements in how you are able to move in it are great. I am now trying to see if it will help with more permanent change, by wearing it more regularly. I wear it for warm up -- to get there more quickly -- take it off for doing my powerlifting workout (mainly for making sure I feel the lifts in competitive form) -- and then put it back on for the last half of my workout. Seems great in moveability!

Honest Review
I'm 49 and just started working out about a year ago. I got this suit to add an extra challenge to my workouts. Using the suit and going to the gym will not make you lose weight, you must include a proper diet. I fall in this category. I'm not the best eater but I work out 3x a week. The suit raises my body temp and makes me sweat. I like the added challenge it adds to my cardio workouts. I've been using the suit for about 3 weeks now and I have not lost or gained any weight.
