I’ve purchased couple sauna tops and recently purchased this long sleeve top and i love it so much. In 15 mins, i feel warmness and start ed to sweat. I usually don't sweat. I love this top and you should give a try

I like the fit of this shirt. The zipper on the side makes it easy to put on and take off. It just needs a pocket to hold a phone or tracker.

I love the sauna shirt , the sleeves are extremely long and I have to roll them up to keep from flapping . You will definitely sweat immediately , that would be my only issue .
