Incredible Tool!
I love my Khrome Hoodie V4! It definitely works and is easily machine washable, or by cleaning/rinsing by hand. Its comfortable, and I can feel on high aerobic conditioning days the extra sweat released from training. With appropriate diet and consistent workouts, this tool will definitely help towards increased muscular definition.

It works
30 Minutes on the elliptical and you are drenched. I would suggest to work out with weights before doing cardio, to one, warm up, two, avoid muscle loss, and three, because the other way around, with so much sweat loss, it will be hard to find the energy to do so. Definitely recommend.
