To clean and maintain your suit, you can either run it through the standard washer/dryer machines, or you can hand wash it with soap and water, wring it out, and hang dry for use the next day.
Do not overexert yourself. Stop exercising immediately and consult your doctor if you experience pain or tightness in your chest, irregular heartbeat, shortness of breath, or if you feel faint, nauseous, or dizzy. Awesome! I am so happy, and excited with my purchase. The material is buttery soft. I tried it on and I started to sweat within seconds. It is supportive to the body, while offering some stretch and give to moves with you. It is very comfortable for all day wear and easy to wash. Its difficult to find clothing at my size that is affordable, and does exactly what it is designed to do. I am so pleased with my suit that I recently purchased 2 more. Max burn
This is not my first suit , I love the extra burn that I get, I am 60 plus and need to keep trim, people are amazed at how I meet my goals at the gym. Keeps my body warm and allows me to push harder through my 30min of cardio.
