To clean and maintain your suit, you can either run it through the standard washer/dryer machines, or you can hand wash it with soap and water, wring it out, and hang dry for use the next day.

Great and as advertised. I would get one size up from what you are use to. Could be challenging getting off after sweating it up. Great quality piece though. Not sure why I had to put in a “bust size” I a male. So I went big!
