5 Daily Goal Lists that Everyone Needs to Follow
For most people, waking up to that alarm begins a day of frenzied chaos. We rush around our homes preparing for the day ahead and even when we return, we are still in a rush. It’s during our down time that we usually neglect to do a few simple things that could turn our whole day around. If you want to easily improve your day, try following these 5 daily goal lists.
- Plan Your Day for 5 Minutes
Ideally, you’ll be doing this the night before but first thing in the morning is okay too. If you want to make sure you accomplish a specific set of errands or projects then you need to plan ahead and write everything down. Taking just a few minutes to sit down, clear your head, and focus your energy at the most important tasks will help you immensely in the long run.
- Exercise for 30 Minutes
Whether it’s a brisk walk or a full body workout, you need to be performing some form of physical activity each day. Your body thrives when you’re eating right and getting plenty of exercise, making it easier to accomplish other tasks. Your brain also loves exercise. Ever notice how great you feel following a workout? Strive for 30 minutes each day of moving around.
- Drinks 8 Glasses of Water
Water can make a big difference with how we feel and the truth is that most people aren’t getting enough of it. The amount will vary based on how active you are but, at the very least, try to drink 8 glasses of water per day. Water helps to cleanse your body while supporting many processes.
- Meditate 10 Minutes
Taking care of your body means taking care of your mind as well. So many people are over stressed and this condition only worsens over time. Taking just 10 minutes each day to meditate can have a dramatically positive impact on your overall health. Find a quiet space, sit down, and focus on your breath. Count up to 10 breaths then start again at 1. If you are a beginner, you can find plenty of free apps and YouTube videos on guided meditation.
- Wear a Sauna Suit for 15 minutes
