How can you not like this guy? Mr. P90X himself offers a variety of inspirational pictures and videos throughout the week. You’ll also get to see his comedic personality shine through just like it did in all of his Beach Body and P90X workouts.

  1. Jillian Michaels (@jillianmichaels)

This mother of two has rocked the fitness world with her own series of body transformation videos and books. She’s created a fitness empire and still has time to spread a positive message to fans and fitness curious alike. Her Instagram features powerful motivational quotes as well as her own pep talks. Jillian is the embodiment of Girl Power (and she can do way more push-ups than you… just saying).

  1. Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson (@therock) 

The once football star turned professional wrestler turned movie star has an extremely popular Instagram that showcases a combination of humor, motivation, and all things fitness. Follow The Rock during his workouts, when he’s messing around with other celebrities, or meeting fans. This one will hit home with bodybuilders and fitness enthusiasts alike.

If you love the show American Ninja Warrior then chances are you’ve seen Kacy in action. This former collegiate gymnast has an account that hosts a variety of down-to-earth pictures, words of wisdom, and even a glimpse into her personal life. You’ll also get those picture and video reminders that she is one tough girl who can complete a hardcore fitness course with ease.

Here’s one for the runners: Joshua Holmes is a running junkie. He’s completed 126 marathons (and counting). If that’s not enough, he’s tackled races that were over 100 miles long. Yeah, let that sink in for a minute. He started his own company called Run It Fast and he is just as dedicated to motivating his fellow runner as he is to the sport itself.
