Weight Loss Clothes: Why EPOC Levels Are Important for Success
When it comes to weight loss, most people believe progress happens when you are actively doing something to reach your goal. For example, when you are preparing a healthy meal or sweating it out at the gym. What you might not realize is that there is a great chance for progress behind the scenes. EPOC or Excess Post Oxygen Consumption refers to the amount of calories that you burn while at rest. This is how many calories your body can burn while you are reading a book or watching television. EPOC levels play an important role in assuring your weight loss success. One of the best ways to boost your EPOC level is through the use of weight loss clothes.
Let’s take a look at the scientifically proven benefits of weight loss clothing and how it can help you reach your fitness goals.
The Relationship between Weight Loss Clothing and EPOC Levels
The role of calorie expenditure in weight loss cannot be overstated because it is essentially the key to chipping away towards your goal. You must expend or burn more calories than you consume. Sounds simple enough but for those people with desk jobs or a chaotic schedule, being physically active may be subject to a limited amount of time each day.
This is why EPOC levels are so important. If you could somehow trigger your body to burn more calories during the day, despite not having as much time to get to the gym, then you could progress faster towards your goals. One of the best ways to boost your EPOC levels is through the use of weight loss clothes.
Scientific Studies of Weight Loss Clothes
One of the easiest ways to burn calories while you tackle your daily errands and tasks is through weight loss clothing. The weight loss clothes from Kutting Weight have been shown in a series of scientific studies to elevate EPOC levels by up to 22%. Imagine how much progress you can make if your body is burning 22% more calories while you are tending to cooking dinner or listening to a conference call.
Weight loss clothing by Kutting Weight was also shown to promote a greater overall weight loss of up to 40%. Subjects wearing the weight loss clothes in a series of studies conducted by Dr. Lance Dalleck were able to burn 13% more calories. Their EPOC levels, as mentioned above, jumped up by 22%. Most importantly, at the end of the study, subjects who wore the weight loss clothing lost 40% more weight than those who did not. (1, 2)
More Benefits of Weight Loss Clothing
If the benefit of increased EPOC levels wasn’t enough, the weight loss clothing from Kutting Weight was shown to provide several additional benefits.
The weight loss clothes are ideal for athletes as the use of the clothing can increase total fatigue time, allowing professionals to last longer in whatever sport they play. It also helps to build up a tolerance to extreme environmental heat conditions. (1, 2)
For those people who have no interest in boosting performance or seeing dramatic weight loss results, the weight loss clothing is able to support your overall cardiovascular health. Subjects wearing the weight loss clothes from Kutting Weight experienced a dramatic decrease in several cardiometabolic risk factors including cholesterol levels, blood pressure, and body composition. (1, 2)

I have starting using my sauna suit and love it! I came on the site to see if there are different colors and started reading this article. I believe you have a typo in saying that the clothing “Increases total fatigue time” shouldn’t it be “decreases”? I am writing because I love the product and believe in it and would love to see your company succeed.
